Programs
The off-season is the start state for the yearly training plan. It represents the time to focus on high quality sport-specific movement and outputs, with an emphasis on developing maximum strength, power, speed, hypertrophy, mobility and tissue integrity. With no games or practices, it offers the athlete the opportunity to attain the largest physical gains of the yearly training cycle, improving the athlete’s physiological and psychological capacity to tolerate the demands of both training and competition. Our programs offer 36 sport-specific strength and conditioning sessions, subdivided into interlinked phases that prepare the athlete for the demands of competition.
